At REFY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returning unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unused items in their original REFY packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
